Brinkerhoff Design Consulting has what you need to design any and all remodels or new construction. Whether you have a specific dream in your head that you need to get onto paper or you aren’t sure exactly what you want, we can help. We can put together drawing packages for anything from your dream house to additions down to a simple plan for your deck. What you will end up with is a package you can take to a contractor to see if your dream is financially feasible, and make sure competitive bids from contractors are based on common design. Brinkerhoff Design Consulting can also provide you with drawings to submit to an HOA for additions and remodels. And, if desired, we can provide three-dimensional models and renderings to view on your home computer.
Contractors
Brinkerhoff Design Consulting can provide a variety of services to help bring projects to completion. Starting with basic design services for any size residential project, we can also supply planning documents, zoning board appeals documents, permit and construction documents. For clients that have trouble visualizing a design, we can generate simple mass models or detailed renderings for one room or a whole house. Depending on the situation, we can work for the contractor or directly for the homeowner.
